The Horses

Innocently driving down the road singing along to the radio, what did I see…

2 thoroughbreds trotting down the opposite side of the road. Just out for a stroll.

Go figure! First, didn’t think I was in horse country. Second, everyone was driving along with their flashers on as if it is an every day event. Third, the police man in front of me slowly picks up his walkie-talkie and radios in and after a bit decides that he should turn around and go after the 2 run-aways.

Yes, this town ceases to amaze me.
